Avocado Smoothie
Sinh To Bo / Vietnamese Avocado SmoothieA nutritionist once told me that the recommended serving size for 🥑 is about 1/3 to 1/2... Well I blended 4 avocados for this sinh tố bơ, but that’s the only way to make a real good viet avo smoothie- no filler all flavor. Thique dreamy, and creamy is the texture we deserve and aim for. I love indulging in this high fat high calorie (goodness) for dessert. I feel happy, and I deserve the extra calories. This avo smoothie was theeeee perfect compliment to follow my tofu vermicelli bowl, which I devoured in approx 3 mins
INGREDIENTS
serves 4
4 ripe avocados, chilled
1 cup mylk
6-8 tbsp brown sugar
20 ice cubes, more if they’re smaller cubes
opt: handful of spinach for nutrient enrichment

DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients into a blender in that order. Ice on top. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more mylk or ice depending on your preference.

Note to kale:
you’ve nailed the perfect ice to mylk ratio. Ice cold, but never icy. It makes all the difference in achieving that ice cream mouthfeel rather than slushee (icy and watered down). The mint on top tho… let’s talk about that bc you were being extra but um something shifted after adding that mint
