DALGONA COFFEE


My best friend Aliza made this ‘dalgona’ coffee and it instantly became a favorite. The trendy coffee is not only impressive, but a luxuriously silky treat. I like mine ice cold.



INGREDIENTS

Yields 1 cup

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp brown sugar/sugar

Ice

Mylk
DIRECTIONS

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, water, and sugar. Use an electric whisk and whip until frothy and silky smooth. Fill a glass with ice and 3/4 your choice of mylk. Top with a big dollop of coffee whip! ︎
