OG GRIND SMOOTHIE

daily greeeeeeeens.

Greens keep us going. If you can’t eat your greens, drink em.

I think it’s finally time we normalize breakfast smoothies. Not those expensive juices that go right through you. I’m talking about a well-rounded smoothie that’s packed with vitamins while also providing substantial energy. A nourishing breakfast is essential for all day productivity + clarity, and I get a lot more work done when I’m not hangry lol. This easy, everyday smoothie gets you your greens, while keeping you feeling full—so you can continue your hustle. Drink up, and go kick ass!

Depending on my mood, I’ll make a different smoothie everyday. Of course I want options right? Below I’ve curated 2 entirely different green smoothie recipes. Both of which I make regularly and love.

Fuel Up

The pb + cacao is the OG. Deliciously light, yet decadent. made for rushed mornings + long days, because it holds me over and travels well. Also, perfect post-workout.

Energize

The other wakes you up. It’s not my typical morning smoothie, but fantastic for a midday pick me up, or on weekends with my brunch. Made to refresh, and revitalize. Slightly tropical from the pineapples, and makes you feel all-around great!

Yields 1 serving.

Daily Greens Smoothie Base:

2  frozen bananas

2  handfuls of spinach

Matcha, spirulina, wheatgrass. any or none.
